As an independent force in the world of marketing, Meiling provided their expertise and knowledge to New York businesses, allowing organizations with which he worked to thrive and reach new heights. In 2019, he began working with the employer Korean John Ra to consolidate his trademark drink of Aloe Vera, Aloevine. This commitment not only strengthened her knowledge of marketing, but also offered valuable insight into Korean culture and their approach to healthy eating and natural.

In 2023, during a business trip to Korea, Meiling felt inspired by the beauty secrets of Korean women and, along with John Ra, decided to develop a line of skin care called KGlow Beauty Skin Care. The mission of KGlow is "to Empower every woman to nurture, and celebrate your unique beauty. We strive to combine the ancient wisdom of the Korean culture and their traditions skin care with scientific innovation with contemporary...". The vision of KGlow is "Become the preferred choice of women around the world to the natural skin care and effective...".

In addition to his work in marketing and sales, Meiling founded the nonprofit organization "Living Inspired, to Empower". Meiling is a passionate champion of equality of opportunity and believed in the power of women to make a difference in your community.
